About
I believe in research through teaching and teaching through research and observe that there are numerous opportunities for teaching and performing various teaching related experiments. Teaching is my passion and hence I am in NIT Warangal, the erstwhile REC Warangal.
My research interests are the fields in which mathematics is applied to solve engineering/science problems. Particularly, during my Ph.D, I worked on few problems of physiological flow situations, namely, Mathematical models on (i) peristaltic transport and (ii) flow in catheterized blood vessels. Though existing models are simple in nature, my work in the field of biomechanics, which is a popular area of research at major universities, gave solutions for complex situations also.
Now, myself and coworkers are working on mathematical models of
(i) flow in renal tubules
(ii) fluid flow and solute transport in the glomerular capillaries and
(iii) lubrication mechanism in synovial joints
(iv) Study of in-vivo dengue transmission
(v) Modelling the dynamics of COVID-19
(vi) Blood flow in elastic tubes
