About

Hi, I am Naman. I am deeply interested in theoretical physics as a precise and elegant framework for understanding the fundamental structure of the universe. My research focuses on quantum gravity from a quantum information perspective, particularly on identifying the structural principles that a consistent theory of quantum gravity must satisfy.

I am also interested in theoretical cosmology, including the origin of dark matter and dark energy, and in black hole thermodynamics. As part of my PhD work, I study finite-size effects using effective field theory techniques such as Shell EFT and worldline EFT, and investigate the symmetry principles underlying the vanishing of static tidal Love numbers in general relativity.
