About
Dr Parida born in Balasore district of Odisha State in India in 1980. He received his M. Sc. (Organic Special) degree from Utkal University, Bhubaneswar in 2003. He qualified CSIR-JRFs and GATE examinations and joined PhD programme in the group of Dr S. Chandrasekhar (Director, CSIR-IICT) CSIR - Indian Institute of Chemical Technology, Hyderabad in 2004. He did his research work in the area of total synthesis and asymmetric synthesis, development of novel methodologies and awarded PhD in 2010. Subsequently, with industrial exposure, he moved to Wayne State University (MI, USA) to pursue his postdoctoral research work with Prof. J. K. Cha. (2011-2014) and then to Institute Curie, Paris, France (2014-2016). Then he joined as Assistant Professor of Chemistry at IIIT- Bhubaneswar (2016-2017) and currently working as Asst. Professor of Chemistry at Berhampur University, Odisha since 2017.
