About
Mr.Vinay Pratap Singh has awarded the Ph.D. degree from School of Materials Science and Technology, IIT (BHU), Varanasi (2010 to 2015). After PhD he worked as a Post-Doctoral Fellow in IIT, Mandi, India from 10 September 2015 to 31 December 2017. Presently, from 5 January 2018 onwards, he is working as Assistant prof. in the Govt. Engineering College, Bharatpur, Rajasthan, 321001, India.
His research area includes the study of structure and physical properties of metal oxide semiconductors, various nanostructured materials, ceramic composites, as well as glasses and crystalline glass ceramics for different applications as photo catalysts, luminescent materials and ferroelectric & magnetic materials.
He has published about 32 research articles in reputed SCI journals, 4 Conference Proceedings & 1 book chapter. He is awarded with 1 CRS project as a role of PI and 3 other projects as a role of Co-PI.
