About
I, Dr. Shabiha Nudrat Hazarika, am a microbiologist and biotechnologist specializing in agricultural microbiology, plant–microbe interactions, microbial biotechnology, and sustainable crop protection. I earned my Ph.D. in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology from Cotton University, India, with research conducted at the Institute of Advanced Study in Science and Technology (IASST), Guwahati, India. My research focuses on endophytic microorganisms, microbial bioformulations, biological disease management, and sustainable agricultural technologies, with a particular emphasis on Tea (Camellia sinensis).
I have authored peer-reviewed scientific publications, presented my research at national and international scientific forums, and serve as a reviewer for International and National scientific journals.
I am the Founder Director of Arborist Innovations Private Limited, a biotechnology startup dedicated to developing indigenous microbial bioformulations for sustainable plant health and disease management. My work bridges fundamental research and innovation, translating beneficial microbes into practical, eco-friendly solutions for agriculture.
I welcome collaborations in microbial biotechnology, sustainable agriculture, plant health, and bioformulation development.
