About
Currently, I am working as a women scientist (DST WOS-A) in the Department of Chemistry, University of Calcutta. I completed my M.Sc. in Chemistry (Inorganic Chemistry Specialization) from the University of Burdwan in 2012 and qualified the NET, GATE and SET examinations in the very same year. After that, I did my PhD research in IIT Kharagpur and got my degree in 2017. I have more than five years of post-doctoral research experience and four years of teaching experience (as guest teacher) in UG and PG courses. I have authored more than ten research papers in peer-reviewed journals, three book chapters and two textbooks for undergraduate courses.
