Surender Baswana is a faculty member in theDepartment of Computer Science and Engineering at IIT Kanpur since 2006. He obtained a BTech, MTech, and PhD from IIT Delhi. Subsequently, he did a post-doctorate at Max Planck Institute for Informatics during 2003–2006. His main research interest lies in the design of efficient algorithms for dynamic graphs. He received the Humboldt Fellowship for Experienced Researchers in 2017.
