About

Currently, myself working as a Assistant professor in University of Suwon, Korea. I have also worked as a Research Professor at Hanyang University. My current research is based on Virology, Immunology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Oncology, Radiation Biology, Plasma Medicine, Biotechnology, Bio-engineering, Bioinformatics, Nano-biotechnology, Drug Delivery Systems, and more. I am Promoting research that fuses natural science, engineering and medicine for the source technology of future biomedical industries is the necessity of scientific world. My ongoing study is on the tumor cell biology and its impacts on the cancer patients for improving survival rates. More specifically, I am interested in the causes (signaling route, molecular events) of cancer from the phenotypic changes to molecular level. I am focused on new molecular targets using recent advances in genomics/proteomics that offers the perfect model for certain applications to cancer and other diseases.
Presently, I am is also focused to analyze the continuously changing cellular transcriptome using next generation sequencing (NGS) and also used CHIP-seq to identify the binding sites of DNA-associated proteins. I have authored more than 110 peer-reviewed SCI/E research publications (H-index: 29; i10-index: 57; Citations: >4200) and also working as reviewer/guest editor of >50 SCI/SCIE journals.
