 I have worked as a Professor & Director, at RGS College of Pharmacy, Itaunja, Lucknow.
 I have worked as a Professor & Head of the Department in the Department of Pharmacology, Nirmala College of Pharmacy, Muvattupuzha, Kerala.
 I have more than 18 years of teaching experience in pharmaceutical education with proficiency in preclinical research, toxicological research, animal house maintenance, handling sophisticated instrument, pharmacological screening models and their modifications, scientific writing, and molecular cell signalling mechanisms.
 I have always been active in preparing my students for future challenges by imparting an understanding of research and scientific writing, responsibility-bearing capacities, improvement in communication skills, interpersonal skills, presentation skills, leadership qualities, personality inputs, and soft skills.
 I have published 30 quality research articles and conference proceedings in international and national journals, books & international book chapters in CRC Press: Taylor & Francis Group, USA & Nova Science Publishers, inc.-USA. I am honoured to have publications in journals of repute such as Dove Medical Press Ltd, Auckland, New Zealand, Kidney and Blood Pressure Research & Renal Failure.
 I have been awarded ‘Excellence in Research’ by the 5th South Asian Education Awards-2020-EET CRS Research wing for excellence in professional education & Industry.
 I have been conducting Soft skill training for various forums regularly for the last 4 years.
 I have attained and organized more than 25 conferences and seminars.
 I have participated in various reputed conferences as a ‘Resource person ‘in India and International level.
 I am the Editorial Board Member /Advisory Board Member/Peer- Reviewer for more than 22 international and national journals including the Scopus and Web of Science journals. I am a fellow life member of the Indian Chemical Society, Institute of Chemists, Kolkata and the International Society For Infectious Diseases (ISID).
 I am continuously involved in teaching for master courses, m. Pharm, pharm d, and m.sc. Nursing (surgery & paediatrics) and bachelor courses, b. Pharm and MBBS and established as a positive & proactive leader and earned respect among faculty, administration, students & parents. I am skilled in motivational classes for career counselling, stress management; mental conditioning, body language, triple' T' management etc. Delivered at international & national forums.
 The total number of student projects handled is more than 40 as well as acted as coordinator for the national board of accreditations in Nirmala College of Pharmacy 2017-18. currently acting as director of the internal quality audit cell and head research & development cell. I have received grants from the government for various events for 170,000/ so far from Serb, DBT & KCSTE]
