I have completed research in the field of metabolic syndrome, focusing on the pathophysiology of diet-induced obesity and the metabolic complications arising from the interplay between adipose tissue, the liver, and the heart. This research also encompasses drug discovery efforts to identify compounds with anti-adipogenic, anti-obesity, anti-hepatic injury, and anti-cardiac hypertrophy properties to address metabolic disorders.
