About

A nano-biotechnologist with expertise in the field of chemo/biosensors. Presently, my research is focused on the development of novel nanostructures i.e. Fe-MOFs with magnetic and conductive properties; and Carbon-QDs from pollutants, and their characterization using analytical techniques, for electrochemical and fluorescence-based Immunosensing of Clostridium tetani toxin, tetanotoxin (TeNT), Clostridium and nitroaromatic explosive, Trinitrotoluene. Highly sensitive and continuous flow detection of microbial toxin has been achieved in water on a microfluidic-flow cell platform for lab-on-chip application.
