M. Rajendra Nath Babu (Murathoti Rajendra Nath babu / Rajendra Nath Babu Murathoti), holds a Post Graduate degrees in Mathematics, Sociology, Psychology, English and Education (M.Ed.-University 1st Rank), M. Phil. and obtained Ph.D. in Education from Sri Venkateswara University. Presently he is working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Education, Nagaland University (A Central University). He has 15 years research and teaching experience at B.Ed., M.Ed., M.A.(Education), Ph.D. levels. He has successfully guided 60 M.Ed./M.A. degree dissertations, 2 M.Phil. Degrees and 4 Ph.D. Degrees and at present 6 Ph.D. Scholars working under his guidance. He has presented more than 70 papers at national and international seminars, conferences and workshops. For his credit, from 2015, he has published 26 articles in various national and international journals including UGC Care Listed, Scopus & Web of Sciences, 9 books, 11 book chapters. He has cleared UGC NET with JRF Education in 2009 Teacher Eligibility Test (APTET) Paper-I & Paper-II in July 2011 & January 2012, AP DSC (District Selection Committee)-TRT (Teacher Recruitment) Mathematics for the Post of School Assistant in mathematics post (2nd Rank) in 2012 and also Departmental Tests Accounts Tests like Executive Officers (141), Gazetted Officers of Education Department (88,97) in 2013. He got Junior Research Fellow (UGC) award in 2009, senior research Fellow (UGC) in 2012 and in 2012 DSC. Having Administrative Experience as Teacher-in-charge, Department of Teacher Education, Warden, Ramei Men’s Hostel, Convener, Nagaland State Education Common Entrance Test (NSEDCET)-2019 & 2020. He has Completed 2 Research Projects funded by PMMMNMTT(MHRD) Scheme, Ministry of Education, New Delhi, Nagaland Education Mission Society, Government of Nagaland & 1 Research Project ongoing funded by ICSSR, New Delhi.
