About
Nicolas Gheeraert is a French physicist specializing in superconducting quantum circuits and AI-assisted quantum characterization. He holds a PhD from Université Grenoble-Alpes (Institut Néel, CNRS) and has held research positions at TIFR Mumbai and the University of Tokyo (JSPS fellow). He is currently Assistant Professor at Krea University and Adjoint Faculty at IIT Madras, where his work spans superconducting qubit design, noise spectroscopy via machine learning, and quantum readout protocols. He has authored over 500 cited publications across circuit QED and astrobiology, and has organized international scientific events including the PiQuST 2023 conference.
