About
S.Jenicka completed her under graduation in Computer Science and Engineering at Thiagarajar College of Engineering, Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India in 1994. Later she finished her post graduation in the same discipline in 2009 from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu. She was awarded Ph.D in the same discipline in 2014. Her interests include Satellite image processing and texture segmentation. She has several notable online publications with citation indices. She is a recognized research supervisor of Anna university Chennai, Tamil Nadu for guiding Ph.D and M.S programs by research in the area of digital image processing, data mining, remote sensing and distributed algorithms. She is presently working as Associate Professor in the School of Computer Science and Engineering (SCOPE) at Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore, Tamil Nadu, India.
