About
My research focuses on the pharmacological evaluation of natural products and their molecular mechanisms in inflammatory diseases such as psoriasis. During my Ph.D. in Biological Sciences, I investigated the anti-psoriatic potential of plant leads using integrated in-vitro and in-vivo models. My work examined keratinocyte proliferation, immune modulation, and inflammatory signaling pathways, including NF-κB, TNF-α, IL-23, and IL-22. I have experience in mammalian cell culture, biochemical and immunological assays, and animal models for inflammatory diseases.
