About
I am a pharmacology researcher with expertise in neuropharmacology, phytopharmacology, experimental pharmacology, and drug discovery. My research primarily focuses on identifying and evaluating plant-derived bioactive compounds with neuroprotective and anticonvulsant potential through in vitro, in vivo, and computational approaches.
I completed my Ph.D. in Pharmacology from GLA University, Mathura, India. My doctoral research investigated the neuroprotective and anticonvulsant effects of Galium verum L. and its bioactive flavonoid hispidulin against monosodium glutamate-induced neurotoxicity and epilepsy in experimental animal models.
My research interests include neurodegenerative disorders, epilepsy, oxidative stress, neuroinflammation, phytomedicine, molecular docking, drug screening, pharmacological evaluation of natural products, and translational neuroscience. I have authored numerous research articles, book chapters, and patents in the fields of pharmacology and pharmaceutical sciences.
I am committed to advancing evidence-based pharmaceutical research through interdisciplinary collaborations and innovative therapeutic approaches.
