Surendra Bhattarai

About

I am Surendra Bhattarai. Currently, I am a PhD student in the department of astronomy at Yale University.

I completed my BS-MS degree from IISER Kolkata with a major in Physics. I did my Masters project at the Indian Institute of Science Bangalore.

My interest lies in stellar astrophysics, open cluster asteroseismology. I have quite a good amount of experience in modelling stellar evolution using 1-D evolutionary codes like MESA, GYRE.
