About
Dr. Navneet Kaur is currently associated with Chandigarh University, Mohali, India as Professor in Department of CSE. She is having 24 years of teaching and research experience at various reputed Universities of India. She obtained her B.Tech. (Computer Science & Engineering) degree from Panjab Technical University, Jalandhar, India in 2000, M.E. (Computer Sc. & Engg.) Hons. Degree and Ph.D from Panjab University, Chandigarh, India. Her Ph.D thesis is focused on Healthcare domain. She is the awardee of the Best Engineering College Teacher Award for Punjab State for the year 2019 at the 49th ISTE National Annual Convention at Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan, Bhubaneshwar, India in recognition of her outstanding contribution to the Academic Community and the students. She also received Certificate for Appreciation for High Impact factor publication of the year 2017 from UIET Panjab University, Chandigarh, India. She has published more than 40 research articles in reputed SCI and Scopus indexed journals, conferences and book chapters. She has delivered expert talks in various Institutes of high repute. She has guided many theses in M.E. Cyber Security and M.E. Computer Science and Engineering and supervising Ph.D scholars. She is a reviewer of reputed journals of Springer and Elsevier. She is a life member of CSI and professional member of IEEE. Her research interests include Wireless Sensor Networks, Wireless Body Area Networks, IoT and Cloud Computing.
