Currently, I am working as a Professor of Biochemistry at the University of Hail, KSA. My research interests encompass biochemistry, immunology and cell biology. After obtaining PhD in Medical Biochemistry from AMU, Aligarh, India, I worked as a Senior Lecturer and Assistant Professor in India. In 2011, I have joint a Postdoctoral Research Associate position at the Institute of Infection and Immunity, Cardiff University, Cardiff, UK. During working at Cardiff University, I have worked on the development of human γδ-T cell based cancer immunotherapy and cancer immunology. After that in 2015, I got Senior Postdoctoral Research Fellowship in Hannover Medical School, Hannover, Germany. I have more than 20 years of research experience and published a number of peer-reviewed research and review articles in international journals. I have received several prestigious research grants one of them is RDO research grant from the Ministry of Education, KSA. I am also working as an Associate Editor for Frontiers in Immunology (Impact Factor 8.7; Q1 Journal) and Frontiers in Oncology (Impact Factor 4.7; Q2 Journal).
