I am Dr. Mohammad Zaki Shamim, and currently I am working as a Assistant Professor in Department of Food Nutrition and Dietetics, Assam down town University, Panikhaiti, Guwahati, Assam. I worked on the topic entitled Development of Low Glycemic Index (GI) Herbal Food as my PhD topic from the Department of Foods and Nutrition, Ethelind School of Home Science, SHUATS.
