About
I am a proteomics researcher mainly working in mass spectrometry based analysis. Primary research focus is urinary proteomics in gastric cancer biomarker discovery. The research interest is also extended in analyzing various post translational modifications like glycosylation, phosphorylation and ubiquitination along with single cell proteomics and automation. Not only cancer, different neurological disorders such as Parkinson's and mood disorders, but congenital disorders of glycosylation are also the areas of my interest.
