 Mutagenicity (In vitro AMES test for IND Enabling study as per OECD 471)
 In vivo Micronucleus study (Bone marrow collection and preparation for slides for evolution for
invivo mutagenicity as per OECD).
2. Immunomodulation and in vitro anti-inflammatory study:
Immunomodulation and in vitro anti-inflammatory studies of natural products
(Cytokines study; Humoral and Cell mediate immune response study)
3. Handling of animal’s care of animal models and conducting in vivo studies.
4. DNA isolation, Plasmid isolation, DNA purification, PCR, Gene cloning etc.
