About
Kaushalya Jhuria is currently a postdoctoral scholar at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, CA, US (since December 2021). Her research focuses on the synthesis and
characterization of spin-photon qubits using ion beams, plasmas, and lasers. Prior to her position in the US, she obtained her Ph.D. in Physics from the Institute Jean Lamour, CNRS Lab in Nancy, France. During her doctoral studies, she investigated THz spintronics for efficient magnetization switching using on-chip picosecond electrical pulses. Her educational background includes a bachelors degree in Physics and a masters degree in electronics from esteemed Indian institutes including the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
