About
Expertized in Synthesis of Group III nitrides especially Aluminium Gallium Nitride (AlGaN) using CVD technique. In addition, Interested to study on the enhancement of Light-Matter interactions with the help of Plasmonics & Optical confinement effects. The Optical studies were carried out using Raman & Photoluminescence spectroscopy and also extended these Optoelectronic and Photonic studies using Near Field Scanning Optical Microscopy (NSOM), Tip Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy (TERS)& Kelvin Probe Force Microscopy (KPFM) etc. Presently, working in the area of lead free Perovskite solar cells using Lanthanum Vanadate's.
