About
I am an experienced cancer researcher with expertise in ovarian and breast cancer, skilled in in vivo, ex vivo, and in vitro systems. My work focuses on how ER-positive breast cancer develops resistance to endocrine therapy through metabolic reprogramming, using metabolomics, single-cell sequencing, and CRISPR screens. I excel at managing complex projects, addressing challenging questions, and translating findings from organoids, patient-derived xenografts, and mouse models into targeted therapeutic strategies to improve patient outcomes.
