devoted more than 17 years of teaching in the field of Education. Her core research interest includes Gender concern in education, Socio-Emotional skills, Women Leadership and Teacher education. She is working as Professor, Department of Teacher Education under School of Education, Central University of Haryana since 2011. She awarded with Gold medal in M.Sc. Microbiology. She is an active member of many administrative/academic bodies of Central University of Haryana. Her job profile also include teaching, research, program organization for social outreach viz. theater and community engagement.
