About

I am an Assistant Professor at Guru Gorakhnath Ji Government College, Hisar.
I have completed my PhD in Human Resource Management / Organizational Behavior. My research interests lie in employee engagement, organizational virtuousness, mindfulness, and leadership styles. I have published seven research papers in Scopus-indexed journals, including two in ABDC-B and five in ABDC-C ranked journals, along with a publication in IIM Lucknow’s Sage journal.
I have also served as a peer reviewer for more than 20 research manuscripts for leading academic publishers such as Springer, Elsevier, Wiley, and Emerald, contributing to the advancement of high-quality scholarly research. In recognition of my academic contributions, I have been honored with a Research Scholar Award.
In addition to my research pursuits, I gained valuable teaching experience with postgraduate students during my PhD, which further strengthened my commitment to research-led teaching, student engagement, and academic excellence. I am passionate about mentoring students, fostering critical thinking, and integrating contemporary research insights into classroom learning
