About

Dr. Meenakshi is working in the field of translational research and innovation in the area of biomedical approach for the fabrication of point-of-care based smart devices. Her research area is focusing on the integration of functional materials with macro-, micro-, and nano systems to revolutionized phenomenon towards change the life of mass such as zero distance hospitals, etc. Dr. Meenakshi has always pursued the translation of her scientific research findings into products for common purposes. The multidisciplinary research approach of Dr. Meenakshi blends with the applied & modern techniques with an engineering tactic for the design of next-generation nano biomaterials for the healthcare and energy applications. Her research interest often dwells into several scientific disciplines, which have been credited with high repute publications at the platform of Springer, Nature, Elsevier, Wiley, RSC and ACS.
Dr. Meenakshi received her PhD in chemistry from University of Johannesburg and master in Biochemistry from Choudhary Charan Singh University, India. She has worked at Ben-Gurion University, Israel with the capacity of Postdoctoral Fellow and gained the expertise in the area of miniaturizations and device fabrications. Now, Dr. Meenakshi associated with Lovely Professional University, India where she is continuing her research on multi-faced nanotechnological approach for novel sensing and energy harvesting technologies for healthcare application.
Through her research, Dr. Meenakshi aims to develop advanced and innovative technologies that can address some of the most pressing challenges towards sustainable future. Dr. Meenakshi received the high recognition fellowship and grant namely, NRF (for PhD fellowship) South Africa, Kreitman Postdoctoral Fellowship, Israel, PBC outstanding postdoctoral fellowship, Israel, Start-up Research Grant, Department of Science and Technology, India. Dr. Meenakshi have been worked and presented her work at different international platform of India, South Africa, Netherland, and Israel.
