About
6+ Years | 17+ Publications | 3+ Biologics Platforms | LC-MS Expertise
Leveraged over six years of hands-on experience in advanced LC-MS platforms—RP, HIC, SEC, WCX, rProA, and HILIC—specializing in large molecules and biologics including monoclonal antibodies, Human papillomavirus virus-like particles (HPV-VLP), and SARS-CoV-2. Developed and implemented real-time Process Analytical Technology (PAT) monitoring workflows that eliminate the need for sample pre-treatment, enabling efficient, accurate analysis. Applied deep knowledge of Multi-Attribute Monitoring (MAM), Critical Quality Attributes (CQA), Quality by Design (QbD), and Totality of Evidence (TOE) to ensure compliance with FDA and ICH guidelines. Facilitated seamless technology transfer from discovery to GxP environments, driving time and cost efficiencies through academia–industry collaborations. Trained and mentored over ten graduate students and interns via workshops and dissertation guidance. Recognized for rapid troubleshooting and root-cause analysis in HPLC-QTOF method development and rescue. Authored 17 peer-reviewed publications, delivered invited talks at international conferences, and regularly review manuscripts for top scientific journals. Actively participate in global scientific communities dedicated to advancing analytical excellence.
Always up for knowledge exchange and collaboration.
