About
Dr. Rajesh K. Das obtained his Ph.D. in Chemical Science from the University of North Bengal in 2011. He is presently working as an Assistant Professor of Inorganic Chemistry at the University of North Bengal, after earlier serving on the faculty of Balurghat College. His research interests include inorganic synthesis, synthetic methodology, and computational approaches to drug design. He has published 65 research articles in international peer-reviewed journals, authored three books, and holds one patent. Dr. Das has received research funding from UGC and SERB and was awarded the Best Researcher Award at the International Scientist Awards on Engineering, Science and Medicine in 2021. He is a life member of CRSI, the Indian Chemical Society, and the Indian Science Congress. He serves as a reviewer for reputed journals, an Editorial Board Member of Drug Design and Medicinal Chemistry and Current Chinese Science–Bioinformatics, a Guest Editor of The Open Microbiology Journal, and a *Brand Ambassador of Bentham Science Publishers.
