About
My research interests include statistical survey of finite populations, empirical processes, functional data analysis, regression analysis, small area estimation and missing data problems. I am also interested in applications of statistics in other disciplines like agricultural science, social science, health science and psychology.
I am currently a postdoctoral fellow at the Department of Mathematics of the University of Maryland, College Park. I have successfully defended my Ph.D. thesis in April, 2024. My Ph.D. thesis was done under the supervision of Prof. Probal Chaudhuri from Theoretical Statistics and Mathematics Unit of Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata.
