Kulvinder Singh is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Chemistry at DAV College, Sector 10, Chandigarh, India, and leads the nanotechnology group focused on waste management. He completed his Ph.D. under the supervision of Prof. S.K. Mehta in the Department of Chemistry at Panjab University, Chandigarh. He worked as an Assistant Professor in Basic and Applied Sciences at PEC University of Technology, Sector 12, Chandigarh, India. He also worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Institute of Nanoscience and Technology, Mohali, India. His research interests include Carbonaceous Materials for supercapacitors, nanostructures for electrochemical and quantum dots for optical sensors, Green Chemistry, Agricultural waste for sustainable development, and Density Functional Theory for reaction mechanism studies.
