About
I am a highly ingenious mentor and passionate technocrat having over 37 years of amazing experience in academics, software project development & management, and hardware installations & maintenance. My proven track record includes the establishment of 2 new institutes (RCERT, Chandrapur, and SIT, Nagpur) and 10 departments with expertise in the design and delivery of engineering curricula and courses.
My forte lies in quickly assimilating and mastering emerging technologies, processes, and systems, ensuring the seamless functioning of academic and business operations. I have magnificently and adeptly guided cross-functional teams in deploying innovative business solutions across educational institutes, small & medium enterprises (like coal & cement transporters, news agencies, pharmacy, hotels, petrol pump dealers, etc.), industries (BILT, L&T, MEL, CSTPS, WCL, etc.) and government departments(police, forest, Collector office, B&C, Irrigation, etc.).
In addition to my professional pursuits, I am deeply committed to social responsibility, dedicating years to advancing computer literacy in backward and Naxal-affected areas. My passion is evident in my role as a mentor, transforming talented youth into tech-savvy engineers.
Eager to leverage my extensive experience, I now seek to pioneer advancements in the education technology domain by conceptualizing and developing a revolutionary system named "Virtual GURU." This transformative system aims to empower students to achieve academic, personal, and professional milestones through continuous interaction with a powerful AI-driven virtual mentor.
My aspiration is to assume the role of Vice-Chancellor/Director of a Technical University/Institute or to become a top-class mentor/trainer in a leading software development company. This strategic move will not only enable me to impact a larger audience but also provide a platform to bring "Virtual GURU" to life. I am driven by the desire to learn, employ, and impart knowledge on new technologies, fostering an environment of continuous growth.
Rooted in a culturally rich and disciplined upbringing, where formal education was a distant dream, I have charted my own path by setting and achieving small goals. My journey, infused with my grandma's storytelling finesse and my mother's passion for reading, has propelled me towards a relentless pursuit of education and the empowerment of others.
