Naomi is an innovative and strategic leader with extensive experience in inclusive education. Naomi has a proven track record in creating and implementing inclusive curricula and staff training. She is skilled in leading and collaborating with diverse groups, solving complex problems, and advising leadership on effective diversity and inclusion strategies. Naomi is recognised for driving positive change and winning industry awards for accessible design solutions.

Naomi's past experiences include providing advice, resources and support to Academic staff on educational design, structuring course materials for pedagogically effective on and off campus delivery, and the appropriate use of educational technologies. Naomi would help to develop a more engaging and effective multimedia presence and teaching environment by designing and developing high quality teaching and learning materials and resources that support learner agency.
