About
Ashutosh Rastogi received his B.Tech degree in Electronics and Communication engineering from Galgotia’s College of Engineering and Technology, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India in 2007. He received his M.Tech(IT) degree from Indian Institute of Information Technology Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh, India with a specialization, in Wireless Communication and Computing in 2010. He received his Ph.D. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Indian Institute of Information Technology Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh, India in 2026. At present, he is working as a Research Associate in Electronics and Communication Engineering Department at Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee since January 2026. He had the experience of more than 10 years as an Assistant Professor in Electronics and Communication Department at BBD Group of institutions Lucknow. His research interests include ambient backscatter communication, wireless communications, 5G, wireless sensor networks, physical layer security, and telecommunication. He was a recipient of a GATE Fellowship for pursuing the Ph.D. He received the Best Paper Award at IEEE ICETA-2025.
