I am a passionate Didactic Leader with a combined mindset of a teacher and an entrepreneur. I believe in servant leadership, which I have preached and practiced all these years. I am not only passionate to teach students but equally excited and enthusiastic about educating the current generation of teachers to adopt modern pedagogy for inculcating a better teaching-learning process in academia. I feel that a mere syllabus and curriculum will not take the students to the place they deserve based on their potential. There is out-of-the-box thinking to be nurtured in every student. I believe in reviving the ability to question, the spirit of inquiry, and creativity in learners that they have lost in their childhood, and making them walk the path of research and innovation.
I believe that the profession I am in will enable me to achieve better academia that will walk hand in hand with the industry, and meet the research challenges to create a better society and a better world.
