About

• 10 + years of quality experience in epilayer wafer design, growth and fabrication of Gallium nitride (GaN) and Silicon Carbide (SiC) based electronic devices (High frequency, Power devices and LEDs).
• 10 + years hands on experience in Metal Organic Chemical Vapour Deposition (AIXTRON G4, G3, CCS, 200/4 RF-S and L.P.E spa ACiS M8)
• Experience in growth and design of epilayers (III-Nitrides, SiC (6H, 4H, 3C), V-III, h-BN and Graphene) and nano structures (rod, wire and wall) on various substrates like Silicon 6 and 2” (111), (100), Sapphire, GaO, SiC, Poly-AlN, QST.
• Hands on experience in material characterization techniques: HRXRD, PL, FT-IR, Raman, UV-Vis AFM, SEM, Hall, I-V, C-V, Etching, doping measurements etc.
• Hands on experience in clean room fabrication technology (Class 1000): Mask design (Tanner L-Edit), Photoresist development, Mask aligner, E-beam metal evaporator with ion mill, RIE-ICP, RTA, TEOS furnace, Ellipsometer, wire bonder, etc
• Worked on the UKRI-EPSRC project: TESiC-SuperJ - Trench Epitaxy for SiC Superjunctions:
Technology enabling low loss HVDC power electronics
• 30+ peer-reviewed international journals and conference publications.
• I have experience of writing projects and securing funds. I have completed the Project (Government of India) as a Principal Investigator.
