About
Dr. Kandasamy Muthusamy, MRSC, is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Faculty of Engineering, Universiti Malaya, Malaysia. He obtained his Ph.D. in Chemistry from Madurai Kamaraj University, India, in 2021 and previously worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Universiti Tenaga Nasional, Malaysia (2023–2025). His research interests include dye-sensitized solar cells, photocatalysis, supercapacitors, metal-ion batteries, electrocatalysis, and sustainable nanomaterials. He has published more than 65 research articles, including over 45 papers in WoS indexed Q1 journals, with more than 1,300 citations and an h-index of 22 (Scopus). Dr. Kandasamy has authored book chapters, delivered invited lectures, presented at international conferences, and collaborates with researchers across several countries. He also serves as a reviewer for international journals, having reviewed more than 80 manuscripts. His research focuses on developing efficient materials for clean energy conversion, energy storage, and environmental remediation
