About
I have experience in fabricating Si nanostructures (SiNSs) by various top-down approaches such as anodization (for Porous Silicon) and metal-assisted chemical etching (for SiNWs, PSiNW), Si substrate (wafer) for storage (hydrogen, Lithium-ion battery), and gas sensor devices. I also have experience in the mechanical alloying various hydrogen storage materials with SiNSs for energy storage applications. The scope of the research target is broad, and efforts are underway to develop functional materials that can achieve high efficiency in both energy conversion and energy storage. We are engaged in research and development aimed at enhancing diverse functional materials and alloys. This involves elucidating the reaction mechanisms for "hydrogen storage materials," "electrode materials for batteries," and "hydrogen storage alloys designed to efficiently store compress hydrogen gas."
