Basheer Yousif Ismail is an Assistant Professor and head department of Accounting Techniques at Technical College of Administration at Duhok Polytechnic Unversity, He obtained his BSc in Accounting from the University of Duhok in 2010, and MSc in Financial Accounting from the University of Huddersfield in the UK in 2014, and PhD in Financial Accounting from the University of Duhok in 2024.
I am interested in Financial Accounting, Auditing, IFRSs, International Accounting, Accounting Techniques.
