Currently working as Associate Professor in the division of Gynecologic Radiation Oncology in Cancer Institute WIA Chennai.
Got trained in High Precision Radiation therapy techniques from University Hospital Heidelberg, Germany in 2018. Worked as Assistant Professor in Division of Radiation Oncology in Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences from 2013 to 2019. During this period worked in Gastrointestinal and Genitourinary oncology along with lymphomas, sarcomas and skin tumors. Did observership in Radiation Oncology in Tata Memorial Hospital in 2012. Passed the certificate course in Essentials of Pain and Palliative care course and worked in Jivodaya Hospice Chennai, the first hospice in South India from 2011- 2012. Studied M. D from Madras Medical College.
Special Interests in Gynecological Radiation therapy, Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT), Stereotactic Radio Surgery (SRS), Brachytherapy and Pain and Palliative Care. Got over 30 publications in peer reviewed national and international journals.
