About
I am working as a Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Graphic Era Deemed to be University, Dehradun, India. Previously, I worked as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Manipal, Karnataka, India and Postdoctoral Researcher at Cyber Security and Networks Lab, Innopolis University, Innopolis, Russia. I received Ph. D degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Center for Security, Theory and Algorithmic Research of the International Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), Hyderabad, India. I received B. E. degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Kumaon Engineering College, Dwarahat, Uttarakhand, India, and M. Tech. degree in CSE (with specialization in Computer Network Engineering) from Graphic Era University, Dehradun, India. I received the University Gold Medal in my master degree and awarded as the "Young Scientist" by UCOST, Department of Science and Technology, Government of Uttarakhand, India. My research interest includes Security, Remote User Authentication, Internet of Things (IoT), Cloud Computing, blockchain and Big Data. I am the member of various research organizations such as Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), British Computer Society, IEEE Communications Society, IEEE Cybersecurity Community, IEEE Cloud Computing Community, IEEE Biometrics Council, IEEE Council on RFID, IEEE Sensors Council, IEEE Smart Cities Community, International Association of Engineers (IAENG) and European Alliance for Innovation (EAI).
