About
I am currently working as a professor in the Pharmacy Faculty of AIMST University in Malaysia, where I also held the positions of head of the Pharmaceutical Chemistry Unit and deputy director of the Centre for Postgraduate Studies and was an ex officio Senate member. I received his M.Pharm. in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from Dr. H. S. Gour University in Sagar, India, in 1998, and a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the same institution in 2009, under the supervision of Prof. Dr R. K. Agrawal. I have 27 years of experience in teaching and research in the fields of pharmaceutical chemistry and pharmaceutical analysis. Additionally, I adjudicate PhD theses for 19 Indian universities as well as for AIMST University. I am an active member of various professional bodies. I hold two patents and have authored 185 research and review articles, as well as nine book chapters. He serves as an associate editor for four journals, a member of four advisory boards, an editor for 18 journals, and a reviewer for 125 reputable journals (Elsevier, Bentham Science, Informa Health Care, Wiley InterScience, Wiley Online, Springer, Taylor & Francis, Royal Society of Chemistry, American Chemical Society, and Hindawi are some of the publishers). I have received numerous honors from various organizations, as well as multiple internal and external research grants. Scopus Citation: 4194, Scopus h-index: 29, Google Scholar Citation: 7664, Google Scholar h-index: 39, Google Scholar i10-index: 92. My name is also featured among the top 2% of scientists in the world by Stanford University, USA, for the last six years in a row since 2020.
