Swarup Roy currently working as an Associate Professor at the School of Agriculture, Department of Food Technology and Nutrition, Lovely Professional University. Earlier he worked at the School of Bioengineering and Food Technology, at Shoolini University, India. Previously, he worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the BioNanocomposite Research Center, Kyung Hee University, Seoul, South Korea. His current research work is based on the preparation and application of biopolymer-based composite material. He has experience in the preparation of biopolymer, bioplastic-based nanocomposite materials for food packaging applications.
