About
Faijan Akhtar is a dynamic researcher specializing in cutting-edge technologies and an innovative researcher with over five years of experience in designing and developing methods for detecting Psycho-neurological disorders. He is Pursuing his Doctoral degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, His research primarily focuses on bio-signal processing and medical machine learning, aiming to advance the field of biomedical engineering through innovative applications of machine learning techniques. Faijan has authored over 50 publications, including more than five as the first author, achieving a cumulative impact factor of 37, an h-index of 21, and over 1100 citations. His academic achievements include a Chinese Government Scholarship for his PhD and third position in the Academic Achievement Awards at UESTC in 2020. He is recognized as a country representative at UESTC and has served as a session chair at the IDITR 2023 conference in Chengdu, China.
