Hi! I am currently working as an Associate Professor of OB and HR at Swami Rama Himalayan University (NAAC A+), Dehradun, India. DBS Global University, Dehradun. Previous to this I was working with DBS Global University as Associate Professor, and as an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), Gurukula Kangri (Deemed to be University), Haridwar. By qualification, I am BE, MBA, NET, Ph.D. My overall experience is +18 years, out of which +16 years is with my current institution, teaching MBA and BBA students.

I have published papers and book chapters in reputed journals. I was Managing Editor of Gurukul Business Review (GBR), an annually published journal of FMS from 2018-to 2020. With the help of my Head, I got the journal listed in the Web Of Science (ESCI category).
I did a consultancy project for an NGO- RSEGS, a project funded by Anchor Electricals Ltd.; used the sequential mixed method strategy to solve the project.

Some of the top institutions from which he has updated my knowledge are Elsevier Researcher Academy, Harvard University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Wesleyan University, and Univ. of London. All Using their online platforms.
My hobbies include helping research scholars in their work, reading about leadership and psychology, and fitness training.
