Dr. Arvind Panwar is a distinguished researcher and academician with over 15 years of experience in Computer Science and Engineering. He earned his Ph.D. from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, where his doctoral research focused on designing a secure cloud-based blockchain framework for health record management. His areas of expertise include blockchain technology, artificial intelligence, machine learning, information security, cybersecurity, and data analytics, and he has been actively contributing to advancing these fields through research, publications, and innovation. Over the course of his academic career, Dr. Panwar has authored 35 SCI/Scopus-indexed journal articles, 31 conference papers, and 31 book chapters, and has served as editor for 15 international edited books published by leading academic publishers including Elsevier, CRC Press, Wiley, and De Gruyter.
