In meeting the challenges of Open and Higher Education in the 21st century, my plan as a Professor in English at Krishna Kanta Handiqui State Open University, Guwahati, Assam, India is rooted in adaptability, innovation and a commitment to fostering inclusive learning environment for all. Recognising the transformative impact of communication technology, my aim is to integrate digital tools and online platforms to enhance learner support services and reach out to a broader and diverse learner population.
