About
My expertise encompasses a broad range of cutting-edge genomic and bioinformatic technologies, including whole genome and bisulfite sequencing, single-cell and spatial transcriptomics using platforms such as 10x Genomics Visium, GeoMx Digital Spatial Profiler and NanoString. I specialize in epigenetic analysis, proteomics, metagenomics, and immunoinformatics, with a strong emphasis on integrating multi-omics data through machine learning and advanced statistical methods. Additionally, I have extensive experience developing bioinformatics algorithms, databases, and web-based resources, enabling efficient data analysis and sharing to drive novel insights through a comparative approach in complex biological systems.
