About

Mr. Sahil Sanjeev Salvi is a young researcher and civil engineer, who is currently Assistant Professor at the School of Construction Engineering and Infrastructure Management, Symbiosis Skills and Professional University, Pune, Maharashtra.
He was born in Ratnagiri district, Maharashtra, and was educated at a government school (Secondary and Higher Secondary school). He graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in 2014, from the Vishwakarma Institute of Information Technology, Pune, where he studied civil engineering. He then obtained a Master of Technology degree in Environment and Water Resources Engineering in 2017, from the College of Engineering Pune, Maharashtra.
He is having industrial experience in Construction as well as Environmental Sectors. Then He moved to Pune, Maharashtra, and Joined the School of Construction Engineering and Infrastructure Management in Symbiosis Skills and Professional University as an Assistant Professor. Currently, He is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering, Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering and Research, Pune. Mr. Sahil has taught subjects such as Environmental Engineering, Water Resource Management, Fluid Mechanics, Concrete Technology, Construction Material, Economics and Cost accounting, Engineering Geology and Rock Mechanics, etc.
He is also a Life Member of The Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE), The Indian Society for Hydraulics (ISH), the Indian Water Resources Society (IWRS), and the Indian Society of Civil Engineers. Also, he is a reviewer and editorial board member of the International Journal of Research and Technology (IJRT), International Journal of Engineering Research and Technology (IJERT), International Journal of Research Publication (IJRP).
